Associate Speaker of Congress and Representative at Large
Hi everyone! My name is Sam Welchance. I am currently the Associate Speaker of Congress and a Representative-at-Large of SGA. My major is Human Resources Management with a minor in Health Care Management (and likely another minor will be thrown in before I graduate).
Outside of SGA, I am also active in the Student Healthcare Management Association, and next year will take on a role as Secretary of UMD's chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. Outside of school, I love traveling to new places and seeing what every place has to offer.
